Price Match Policy

We want you to feel confident knowing you’re getting great value at VELASORI.
If you find the same item offered by an approved UK retailer at a lower price, we’ll review a price match request.

Requirements

  • Item must be identical in style, size, and condition

  • Competitor must be a legitimate UK retailer

  • Product must be in stock at both stores

  • Request must be made before purchase or within 7 days after purchase

Not Eligible For Price Match

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Used / refurbished products

  • Auction or marketplace listings

  • Discounted prices requiring codes or membership
